Payment information
We do not store card numbers or bank details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects and stores that information under its own privacy policy and security standards.
How we use information
To build and maintain your website, process your subscription, provide support, communicate about your account and improve our service. We do not sell your information.
Files you upload
Logos, photos and documents you upload are stored securely and used to build and maintain your website. We may reference completed work publicly only with your permission.
Service providers
We use third parties to operate the service, including Stripe for payments, a hosting provider, an email delivery provider and a domain registrar. Each receives only what it needs.
Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of intake materials that are no longer needed for your live website.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.
