Every plan includes the same website, hosting and support. Commitment length changes the monthly price, setup fee and online-sales rate; physical POS sales use the same flat 0.50% rate on every plan.
Your commitment is a signed agreement. At checkout you electronically sign a Hosting & Services Agreement for the term you pick, a card stays on file for that term, and the plan renews month to month afterwards at the then-current rate. Ending early means paying the remaining months — your dashboard shows the exact amount. Read the agreement.

Portals include a generous amount of storage and data for typical business use. If your business's stored files and data grow well beyond typical use, any resulting additional hosting, database or storage costs are passed through at cost — we don't mark them up, and we'll always tell you before any charge is added. Complex or unusually large portal builds may require additional Lovable credit purchases, which are passed through at cost from the platform — we'll tell you before any credit charge is added.
What isn't covered by the monthly fee
Unlimited pages, major redesigns, custom software, complex integrations, large data migrations, marketplace development, advanced CRM or ERP work, highly customized scheduling, large manual product catalogs, major SEO campaigns and large copywriting projects are all quoted separately. We'll tell you upfront if a request falls outside the plan.
What Twilio texting requires
Your business creates, owns and pays for its Twilio account. Rocket charges $100 once to connect and configure it, then $5/month for support and maintenance. Twilio separately charges for message segments, a phone number, carrier fees, and any required A2P or toll-free registration. Twilio lists US outbound SMS from approximately $0.0083 per segment before carrier fees; provider pricing can change.
