How it works
You answer questions once. We do the rest.
Most web projects stall because they need six meetings before anyone writes a line of code. We replaced the meetings with a smart intake.
The process
Nine steps, start to finish.
Typical time from completed intake to launch is one to two weeks, depending on how quickly you get your photos and content to us.
- 1
Choose your commitment
One, two or three years. You see the setup fee and the transaction rate before you pay anything. Setup fee and your first month are charged together at checkout.
- 2
Complete your intake
A guided, step-by-step questionnaire — not a giant form. The questions adapt to your industry, so a landscaper is asked about service areas and a dance studio is asked about class registration. You can save and come back.
- 3
Upload your assets
Logo, team photos, project photos, product shots. For each image we ask what it shows and where it belongs, so nothing gets captioned or described incorrectly. No logo yet? Tell us and we'll sketch a couple of simple options — basic brand setup, not full identity design. If none of them land, we'll run a clean text treatment for now and swap in a finished logo from a designer of your choice whenever you have one.
- 4
Tell us your brand colors
Already have brand colors? Give us the hex codes. Don't have any? We'll recommend a palette based on your industry, audience and the tone you want.
- 5
Pick three domain names
We buy and connect the domain for you — no registrar accounts or DNS records to edit. The expected cost is $20 per year. Give us three names you'd be happy with, in order of preference. If none are available, we'll ask for a few more.
- 6
We design and build
Your answers become a detailed build specification, and your site gets built from it. Up to 7 standard content pages, fully responsive, with your commerce and forms wired up.
- 7
Quality assurance
Every site runs a full checklist before it goes anywhere: mobile and desktop, every link, phone numbers, forms, checkout, images, alt text, hours, address, SSL, privacy and terms. You then do the final test pass yourself before launch — you know your business best, and anything you find gets remedied quickly once reported.
- 8
Review and launch
You see the finished site on a preview link. We make the corrections, connect the domain, provision SSL and go live.
- 9
Ongoing
Your $25/month covers hosting, maintenance, support and reasonable minor content updates. Submit requests from your dashboard any time.
Being straight with you
What we won't pretend.
A few things worth knowing before you sign up.
Your website is built by a person
We use automation to organize your information and prepare the build, but a human designs, builds and checks your site. That's why it takes a week or two, not an hour.
Seven pages is a real limit
Up to 7 standard content pages are included. Legal pages, cart, checkout, login and account pages don't count against it. Large service or location page sets are quoted separately.
Payment method availability isn't ours to promise
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are broadly available. Affirm and Afterpay depend on Stripe approving your specific business — we'll enable what you qualify for.
Big projects need a real quote
Marketplaces, large catalogs, complex scheduling, CRM and ERP integrations, major redesigns and large content projects are outside the standard scope.
